Terms of Service — Creators
unlocky.io LLC (“unlocky.io”, “Company”, “Platform”) operates a link-in-bio tool available at www.unlocky.io (the “Site”). The Site enables independent creators (“Creators”) to create a personal link-in-bio page that collects and displays links to their content and profiles, which users and visitors (“Users”) can browse. unlocky.io provides the page-hosting and link-sharing tools described in these terms.
These Terms of Service for Creators (“Creator Terms”) constitute a legal contract between you and unlocky.io LLC. By accessing or using unlocky.io, you accept and agree to these Creator Terms, and you certify that (i) you are eighteen (18) years of age or older, and at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction; (ii) you have the legal capacity to enter into these Creator Terms; (iii) you are using unlocky.io freely, voluntarily, willingly, and for your own personal enjoyment; and (iv) you will only provide accurate and complete information.
We reserve the right to revise these Creator Terms at any time. You agree that all modifications are in force immediately upon posting. You agree to re-visit this page regularly. If the “Last Updated” date has changed, you must review the updated Creator Terms in their entirety.
1. Independent Creators
Creators are independent businesses, individuals, or entities that use the Platform to create and share link-in-bio pages collecting and displaying links to their content and profiles. Nothing in these Creator Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, or contractor relationship between Creators and unlocky.io. Creators are not employees, independent contractors, agents, partners, or representatives of unlocky.io LLC. Creators are solely responsible for their own content, the links they publish, and compliance with applicable laws.
2. Accounts
2.1 Registration
You may register for a single account on unlocky.io, provided you meet the requirements set forth herein, submit any necessary verification documentation, and abide by these Creator Terms.
2.2 Accuracy
If you provide false, misleading, inaccurate, or incomplete information, we may reject, suspend, or terminate your account and subject you to civil and criminal liability.
2.3 No Account Sharing
You will not use, attempt to access, or share login credentials for any third party's account. You will not allow any third party to access your account.
2.4 Termination by You
You may delete your account by sending a request to [email protected] with the subject “Delete My Account”.
2.5 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, in our sole discretion, including if you violate these Creator Terms or if your account becomes inactive for more than six months.
3. Content Ownership and License
3.1 Your Ownership
You retain all ownership rights, title, and interest in and to the content you upload or make available through unlocky.io (“Your Content”). unlocky.io does not claim ownership of Your Content.
3.2 Limited Platform License
You grant unlocky.io LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, reproduce, cache, deliver, moderate, and make Your Content available on the Platform during the term of your account and as necessary to comply with legal obligations, investigate violations, and enforce our policies. This license is solely for the purpose of operating, improving, securing, and promoting the Platform and does not grant us any right to sell, exploit, or license Your Content outside of the Platform.
3.3 Visitor License
You grant each visitor a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view Your Content through unlocky.io. You are responsible for ensuring that the content you link to complies with applicable law and does not conflict with these Creator Terms.
3.4 Section 2257
You represent and warrant that Your Content is fully compliant with all requirements listed at 18 U.S.C. § 2257 et seq. and that you possess and maintain age verification documents required by Section 2257.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
4.1 Prohibited Uses
You agree that you will only use unlocky.io for purposes expressly permitted by these Creator Terms. Without our express prior written authorization, you will not:
- Use unlocky.io in any way that violates these Creator Terms or any applicable law;
- Upload, publish, promote, or distribute any NSFW or adult sexual content, including nudity, explicit sexual acts, or fetish content;
- Upload Content depicting any person under eighteen (18) years old;
- Upload Content depicting any person without written consent documentation;
- Upload Content that sexually objectifies another person in a nonconsensual manner;
- Upload, publish, promote, or distribute any Violent Extremism content, including content that promotes, glorifies, incites, or supports acts of terrorism, violent radicalization, or extremist ideologies;
- Engage in fraudulent activity, impersonation, or platform manipulation;
- Circumvent or interfere with the operations of unlocky.io;
- Use Materials for training AI/LLM models;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or commercially exploit unlocky.io.
4.2 Zero Tolerance Policy for Prostitution and Sex Trafficking
The solicitation, promotion, and facilitation of prostitution and sex trafficking are strictly prohibited. If you engage in such activity, we may terminate your account and take other appropriate action.
4.3 Zero Tolerance Policy for Sexual Exploitation
All individuals depicted on unlocky.io must be over the age of eighteen (18) on the date of production. We do not provide or promote child sexual abuse material, and we do not tolerate those who seek to access or share such materials.
4.4 Zero Tolerance Policy for Violent Extremism
unlocky.io enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy for Violent Extremism content. This includes, but is not limited to: content that promotes, glorifies, or incites terrorism or violent acts motivated by political, religious, or ideological beliefs; content that recruits for, funds, or provides material support to designated terrorist organizations or violent extremist groups; propaganda, manifestos, or instructional materials intended to radicalize individuals or facilitate violence; content depicting or celebrating acts of mass violence, hate crimes, or targeted attacks against individuals or communities; and the use of symbols, imagery, or language associated with recognized violent extremist movements or hate groups. If such content is detected by our automated moderation systems or reported by users, we will immediately remove the content, permanently suspend or terminate the responsible Creator account, report the activity to the relevant law enforcement authorities where required by law, and cooperate fully with any subsequent investigation.
4.5 Reporting
If you are aware of any Materials or user activities that violate these Creator Terms, please report them via our Report Abuse form.
4.6 Zero Tolerance Policy for NSFW Content
unlocky.io enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy for NSFW or adult sexual content. If such content is found, we may immediately suspend or terminate the responsible Creator account and remove the content.
5. Content Moderation
We reserve the right, but do not assume the obligation, to review, monitor, or remove any Content that violates these Creator Terms or applicable law. We may use automated tools and human review to enforce our policies. You agree to cooperate with our moderation inquiries and to provide requested documentation promptly.
6. Termination Effects
Upon termination of your account for any reason: (i) all licenses granted by you to unlocky.io will terminate except as necessary to wind down lawful uses and comply with legal obligations; (ii) we may remove Your Content from public availability; and (iii) provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, indemnification, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.
7. Affiliation Program
You may participate in our Affiliation program by providing referral services in exchange for rewards for referring new Creators who join unlocky.io using your personalized link. We may alter the applicable reward terms at any time. See our Affiliate Program Terms for details.
8. Dispute Resolution and Damages
8.1 Governing Law
These Creator Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Wyoming. Any disputes must be resolved in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and the parties agree to exclusive jurisdiction therein.
8.2 Arbitration
If you have a dispute, you shall negotiate in good faith. If unable to resolve, either party must submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Sheridan County, Wyoming by a single arbitrator.
8.3 Waivers
You hereby waive any right to initiate any class action or collective proceeding along with any right to trial by jury.
9. Disclaimers
We provide access to unlocky.io “as is” and “with all faults.” We disclaim all warranties — express, statutory, or implied. unlocky.io contains material that may be considered offensive. You agree to cease accessing unlocky.io should you find it offensive.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and agents, from all claims, actions, losses, liabilities, expenses, costs, or demands resulting from your actions or breach of these Creator Terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
You agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Creator Terms shall be limited to one hundred dollars ($100).
12. Intellectual Property
unlocky.io is our brand name and trademark. We aggressively defend our intellectual property rights. unlocky.io and the Platform Materials are protected by copyright law. We comply with the DMCA. See our DMCA Policy.
13. SMS Terms
By providing your mobile number and explicitly opting in, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from unlocky.io.
These messages may include:
- One-time passwords (OTP);
- Login verification;
- Security notifications;
- Password reset messages;
- Other important account-related communications.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for support. Consent is not a condition of using the Site or Services.
14. General
These Creator Terms form the entire agreement between you and us. We may assign rights without notice. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force. We are not responsible for failures due to force majeure. These Terms are written in English; only the English version is binding.
