unlocky.io LLC (“unlocky.io”, “Company”, “Platform”) operates a link-in-bio tool available at www.unlocky.io (the “Site”). The Site enables independent creators (“Creators”) to create a personal link-in-bio page that collects and displays links to their content and profiles, which users and visitors (“Users”) can browse. unlocky.io provides the page-hosting and link-sharing tools described in these terms.
We provide a robust system for reporting violations of our Terms of Service, illegal or nonconsensual content, and for appealing improper removal of content.
We strive to resolve all reports and appeals within seven (7) business days. Any content deemed illegal is removed immediately. If you would like to appeal the removal of any content, please contact [email protected].
Zero Tolerance NSFW Enforcement: If NSFW or adult sexual content is verified, we will immediately suspend the responsible Creator account and remove the content.
Repeat and Egregious Offenders: We reserve the right to take advanced actions including account deletion and banning.

How to Report
To report abuse, please email [email protected] with the following information:
- Your name and email address or username;
- URL(s) of the content you wish to report;
- Whether you are depicted in the content;
- If depicted, whether you agreed to the recording, publication, and downloading of this content;
- A brief description of the issue;
- Whether this report involves depictions of minors or trafficked individuals;
- A statement certifying, under penalty of perjury, that you are the person named in the report and all information is accurate and complete.
