Creator Guidelines
unlocky.io LLC (“unlocky.io”, “Company”, “Platform”) operates a link-in-bio tool available at www.unlocky.io (the “Site”). The Site enables independent creators (“Creators”) to create a personal link-in-bio page that collects and displays links to their content and profiles, which users and visitors (“Users”) can browse. unlocky.io provides the page-hosting and link-sharing tools described in these terms.
These Creator Guidelines (“Guidelines”) govern the content that Creators link to and the activities of Creators on the unlocky.io platform. As a platform, we provide Creators with a personal link-in-bio page; we do not create, select, or own the content that Creators link to. Creators are responsible for ensuring that the content they link to and their conduct comply with these Guidelines, our Terms of Service, and applicable law.
1. Platform Role
unlocky.io is a link-in-bio tool that hosts personal pages on which independent Creators collect and display links to their content and profiles. We do not control the content or business practices of individual Creators, except as necessary to operate the Platform and enforce our policies.
2. Content Guidelines
unlocky.io enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy for NSFW or adult sexual content. Any NSFW content is prohibited and subject to immediate enforcement action. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:
- Any NSFW or adult sexual content, including nudity, explicit sexual acts, or fetish content;
- Minors, including age-play or adult baby/diaper lover toys and costumes;
- Lack of consent, such as sexual assault, kidnapping, hypnosis, intoxication, sleeping/passed-out, violence, sadomasochistic abuse, hardcore bondage, weapons, or asphyxiation;
- Bestiality, including monstrous humanoids or animal-themed sex toys;
- Torture, such as oversized toys, genital mutilation, or extreme fisting;
- Incest, such as sexual activity between blood or legal relatives;
- Self-harm, including suicidal ideations and cutting;
- Necrophilia;
- Bodily fluids including scat, urine, lactation, vomit, and blood.
We may also remove Content which advertises, promotes, or facilitates illegal goods or services, including prostitution, human trafficking, and illicit drugs.
3. Content Depicting Third Parties
Creators who upload Content depicting third parties must ensure that:
- The Content does not violate any third party's rights;
- Each depicted individual has completed a consent form on record with unlocky.io;
- Government-issued identification confirms each individual was at least eighteen (18);
- Written documentation confirms each individual consented to being depicted, published, and downloaded.
We may refrain from publicly distributing Content depicting third parties until all individuals have confirmed identity and consent. Request consent forms at [email protected].
4. Content Representations
Creators should ensure all representations made about the content they link to are lawful, truthful, and not misleading. Follow all laws, rules, and FTC guidelines regarding deceptive or unfair trade practices. Provide accurate descriptions of the content you link to.
5. Safety Precautions
Creators should not:
- Upload any NSFW or adult sexual content in any format;
- Release personal information of any user without consent;
- Harass or defame other users;
- Solicit in-person meetings through the Platform;
- Defraud us or our users.
If NSFW content is found, we may immediately suspend or terminate the Creator account and remove the content. To report violations, please use our Report Abuse page.
6. Consequences of Violations
Violations of these Guidelines may result in content removal, account suspension or termination, reporting to law enforcement where required, and permanent banning from the Platform. We reserve the right to take any action we deem appropriate in our sole discretion.
