Affiliate Program Terms
unlocky.io LLC (“unlocky.io”, “Company”, “Platform”) operates a link-in-bio tool available at www.unlocky.io (the “Site”). The Site enables independent creators (“Creators”) to create a personal link-in-bio page that collects and displays links to their content and profiles, which users and visitors (“Users”) can browse. unlocky.io provides the page-hosting and link-sharing tools described in these terms.
By providing referral marketing services to unlocky.io in exchange for rewards for referring new users who join unlocky.io using your Link, you agree to abide by this Affiliate Program Handbook and the applicable Terms of Service.
1. Code of Conduct
You must fully comply with federal and state consumer protection statutes, including the FTC's guidelines:
All Channel Information must be an honest and accurate reflection of your experience using unlocky.io. You must actually use unlocky.io before participating. All Channel Information must contain adequate disclosures, such as:
- A statement close to the claims: "I receive rewards for referring users through the link in this post" or similar;
- Text in an easy-to-read font and color; video displayed long enough to be noticed;
- If above-average results: disclose typical vs. your results;
- If you have a non-obvious connection to unlocky.io: disclose it.
2. Prohibited Activities
You will not:
- Use deceptive, unlawful, or unfair promotional tactics or manipulate search results;
- Use meta-tags or keywords suggesting illegal content;
- Remove, edit, or boost comments to distort opinions about unlocky.io;
- Post negative comments on competitors' websites;
- Market unlocky.io to minors or unwilling adults;
- Use unlawful email, telephone, or text promotion;
- Violate third-party website policies while marketing unlocky.io;
- Engage in activities harmful to unlocky.io's image or reputation.
3. Prohibited Channels
You will not share the Link nor market unlocky.io on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Discord, X (formerly Twitter), or Twitch.
4. Approved Channels
You may share the Link on approved channels including Reddit, provided you comply with all platform content policies including Reddit's Content Policy.
5. Independent Referrer
Affiliates are independent referrers and are not employees, contractors, agents, or representatives of unlocky.io LLC. You are responsible for your own tax obligations and compliance with applicable laws.
