You can create an account, publish a profile and product listings, manage private digital files, and view aggregate activity. Free digital products can be claimed through an authenticated purchase library. Paid purchases and subscriptions stay off until PayPal is connected. Social publishing and automated messaging still require provider connections.
01About unlocky.me
In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Unlocky Media LLC, and “you” means a visitor or account holder. Our registered address is 30 N Gould Street, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA. You can contact us at support@unlocky.me.
The account workspace lets you manage personal and authorized brand/client profiles, links, listings, private files, drafts and actual activity reports. Workspace owners invite editors and analysts with expiring one-use codes. Owner and editor roles can modify content; analysts cannot modify content or read buyer shipping addresses/private delivery files. Public marketing examples remain fictional demonstrations. Their sample names, products, numbers, and selections are separate from your account and its actual activity.
02Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and have authority to act for any organization you represent. Provide accurate account details, choose a password you do not reuse elsewhere, and keep your sign-in information private. Creating an account does not verify your identity, email ownership, or eligibility.
You are responsible for the content, links, and activity you authorize through your account. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Email verification and email-based recovery need a separate mail connection. You can enable an authenticator and generate offline one-use recovery codes in Settings. Keep those codes private; they can reset your password and a lost authenticator.
Do not gain unauthorized access, bypass security or file-access controls, distribute malware, interfere with availability, impersonate another person, or facilitate fraud or unlawful activity. Our Community Standards apply to public profiles, listings, uploads, links, and communications.
03Your content and published pages
You retain ownership of the content you provide. You give us permission to store and process it to operate your account and, when you publish it, to display your profile, enabled links, and published product listings to visitors. Only upload or publish material you own or have permission to use.
Publishing makes your profile and eligible listings publicly accessible. Review your name, biography, images, links, product descriptions, and contact details before publishing. Your account email is not automatically displayed, but information you put into public content may be visible to anyone.
Digital product files are available only to authorized owners/editors and buyers with a verified purchase or free claim. Original files remain outside the public webroot. Image uploads are limited to 8 MiB, decoded, resized and re-encoded without original metadata. Uploads currently have a 25 MiB limit per file and a 250 MiB limit per account; additional uploads may be unavailable when service capacity is reached. Keep your own copies of important files.
You can edit or unpublish your profile and listings in the dashboard. You can delete your account in Settings using your password and enabled authenticator after resolving active subscriptions, unused or disputed credit, pending purchases, and seller delivery obligations. Purchased files and associated accounts require a support review so existing delivery obligations are protected. Other people may retain copies of material you previously made public.
04Merchandise and digital goods
Listings are limited to lawful merchandise and allowed digital goods: ebooks, UI kits, templates, design assets, and digital libraries. You must own the goods or have the rights and permissions needed to offer them. Descriptions, images, prices, compatibility, and license information must be accurate.
Unlocky Media LLC is the seller and receives all product-sale proceeds. Creator accounts manage listings and merchandise fulfillment; this service does not pay out sales proceeds to creators. Only a verified completed purchase or explicit free digital claim grants buyer access. Paid checkout remains unavailable until PayPal Business is connected. Fulfillment records and buyer delivery addresses are restricted to authorized owners and editors.
05Plans, analytics pricing, and disabled payments
Proposed monthly USD prices are Core $10, Plus $25, Pro $50, and Business $100. The proposed advanced-analytics option has no monthly subscription, starts with $10 prepaid credit, and uses $2 per 1,000 tracked interactions, metered proportionally at $0.002 per event. Credit would apply toward usage rather than add a separate fee.
Selecting a plan in the account workspace saves your preference only. It does not start a paid subscription, purchase credit, enable automatic recharge, establish a billing limit, or create any payment obligation. This website does not collect card numbers. When activated, PayPal handles payment approval and payment details on its own site. The package comparison describes implemented limits that apply after payment activation. During the disconnected preview, accounts can try the working tools without a charge. Once enabled, permissions depend on a verified paid subscription period or funded prepaid credit; a saved preference does not grant a paid entitlement.
Actual reports currently count published-profile views, enabled-link clicks, and published-product views. Verified product claims and purchases record download-unlock events. Metered analytics counts public profile views, link clicks and product views after the account enables it and has available credit; unlock events do not create an additional usage charge. The estimator models up to 50,000 events and $100 of usage. Its values and sample budgets are planning examples and do not limit or bill actual activity.
We will disclose applicable purchase terms and obtain the required agreement before enabling any paid subscription, credit purchase, or checkout. A saved preference is not authorization to charge you later. No feature description guarantees a launch date, earnings, audience growth, or compatibility with a third-party platform.
06Refunds, cancellation, and delivery
Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains merchandise returns, digital-delivery problems, subscription cancellation, and unused analytics-credit requests. Our Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy explains physical fulfillment and authenticated downloads. These policies form part of these terms. Mandatory consumer rights and payment-provider dispute rights are not reduced by them.
After paid subscriptions are activated, cancel a subscription in Dashboard → Billing before its next renewal. A confirmed cancellation stops future renewal and keeps access through the verified period already paid for. It does not automatically refund or prorate the current period. A plan preference, signing out, deleting a draft, or pausing analytics does not cancel a provider subscription.
Request a refund through the signed-in support portal with the order or subscription reference. Support reviews eligibility; submitting a request does not automatically issue money. An approved refund is processed by the seller through the payment provider. No support agent needs your password, authenticator code, recovery code, or full payment-card details.
07Drafts and external platforms
You can draft posts and keyword rules without connecting a platform. Approved provider apps and your OAuth consent are required for real publication, scheduling and Instagram comment replies. Platform-specific formats and permission limits apply. A queued or processing action is not a confirmed publication; uncertain outcomes require review before trying again. No tool sends email without a separate mail connection.
External links open services operated by others under their own terms and privacy practices. Platform names and marks identify destinations and do not imply endorsement, partnership, or an active API connection. We do not control external websites or guarantee their availability or services.
08Our materials and your communications
The unlocky.me site design, original writing, and other materials are owned by Unlocky Media LLC or used with permission, except where another owner is identified. Access to the website does not transfer ownership of those materials. Third-party names and marks remain with their owners.
Contact, privacy-request and report forms save a support request on this service. Sign in before submitting to receive replies in your private support portal. Anonymous requests receive a reference number but have no authenticated reply portal. No support form automatically sends email. Avoid sending passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, or unnecessary sensitive information.
Sending feedback does not transfer ownership of your work to us. We may use suggestions to improve the service without a promise of payment or a confidential relationship unless we separately agree otherwise.
09Availability, moderation, and changes
We may review, restrict, or remove content or accounts that violate these terms or our Community Standards, create a security risk, or require action under applicable law. You can report a concern or ask for review through support@unlocky.me. This does not promise continuous monitoring or an immediate response.
The service may change, contain errors, or be unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or a particular business outcome. Educational articles are general information, not individualized legal, financial, or professional advice. Nothing here excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The date above identifies this version. For a question, rights concern, or dispute, email support@unlocky.me with the relevant page and a clear description, or write to our registered address. Nothing here requires arbitration or limits a right to contact a regulator or exercise an applicable legal right.
