The details matter

Community standards

These standards apply to unlocky.me accounts, published profiles, listings, uploads, links, and communications. A useful online space starts with respect.

Last updated October 19, 2026

Publish work you own or have permission to share, use honest descriptions, and keep people and links safe. Merchandise and allowed digital resources are the listing scope. Free digital downloads use verified account entitlements; paid checkout remains off until PayPal is connected. Report concerns through the report page.

01Be honest about who you are

Do not impersonate another person or organization, misrepresent an affiliation, run a scam, or use deceptive links. Do not claim that a fictional example, sample balance, or product concept represents a real customer, verified identity, or proven result.

If you promote a product or have a material relationship with a brand, make that relationship clear. Claims and reviews should reflect truthful information and real experience.

02Respect people and their safety

Threats, targeted harassment, hateful attacks, and encouragement of violence are not acceptable. Do not expose another person’s private information, encourage stalking, or distribute intimate material without consent.

Child sexual abuse or exploitation, grooming, and material that endangers children are prohibited. Do not attach illegal or graphic material to a report. Share a page location and a concise description so the concern can be assessed safely.

03Respect ownership and permitted goods

Use only materials you own or are authorized to share. Respect copyright, trademarks, privacy, and rights in a person’s image or voice. A public social post is not automatically permission to reuse it.

Listings are limited to lawful merchandise and ebooks, UI kits, templates, design assets, and digital libraries that you own or are authorized to offer. Describe contents, compatibility, and license terms accurately. Illegal goods, stolen or unlicensed files, scams, and exploitative content are prohibited.

Private files are accessible only to authorized owners/editors and buyers with a verified entitlement. Do not attempt to bypass file controls or represent a listing as an active checkout. If you report an ownership concern, identify the material, where it appears, the rights involved, and how to contact you.

04Keep links and communications safe

Do not send malware, phishing links, unsolicited bulk messages, or content intended to compromise devices or accounts. Do not exploit the website, try to access another owner’s records or private files, or disrupt access for visitors.

For a suspected security issue, contact support@unlocky.me with a minimal explanation and the affected page. Do not access other people’s information or cause disruption to demonstrate an issue. Drafts are planning tools. Actual posting and Instagram replies require configured, authorized provider connections and explicit activation.

05Reports and review

Use Report a Violation to save a report with the page URL, category, and enough context to understand the concern. Sign in before submitting if you want to follow replies in your private support portal. Anonymous reports receive a reference number but do not have an authenticated reply portal. The form does not send email. Reporting does not guarantee a particular outcome or immediate response.

We may seek clarification, restrict an account, correct or remove material, or take other appropriate steps after reviewing a concern. If you believe we misunderstood a report or decision, reply with further context and ask for review. These standards do not promise continuous or automated monitoring.

This site is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service.
