Terms of Service — Customers
unlocky.io LLC (“unlocky.io”, “Company”, “Platform”) operates a link-in-bio tool available at www.unlocky.io (the “Site”). The Site enables independent creators (“Creators”) to create a personal link-in-bio page that collects and displays links to their content and profiles, which users and visitors (“Users”) can browse. unlocky.io provides the page-hosting and link-sharing tools described in these terms.
These Terms of Service (“User Terms”) constitute a legal contract between you and unlocky.io LLC. By accessing or using unlocky.io, you accept these User Terms, and you certify that (i) you are eighteen (18) years of age or older; (ii) you have the legal capacity to enter into these User Terms; (iii) you are using unlocky.io freely, voluntarily, and for your own personal enjoyment; and (iv) you will only provide accurate and complete information.
We reserve the right to revise these User Terms at any time. All modifications are in force immediately upon posting.
1. Independent Creators
Creators on unlocky.io are independent users who create and publish link-in-bio pages. When you follow a link on a Creator's page, you leave unlocky.io and visit a third-party destination controlled by that Creator or another third party. unlocky.io LLC does not own, control, or endorse the content linked from Creator pages. We provide the page-hosting and link-sharing tools that Creators use to build their pages.
2. Grant of Rights
2.1 Your Right to Access and Use unlocky.io
We grant you a limited, nonexclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license, for personal, private, non-commercial purposes, to access and use the features on unlocky.io which are provided free of charge.
2.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, including violation of these User Terms.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
3.1 Prohibited Uses
You will not:
- Use unlocky.io in any way that violates these Terms or any applicable law;
- Upload, publish, request, or distribute any NSFW or adult sexual content, including nudity or explicit sexual acts;
- Upload, share, request, or distribute any Violent Extremism content, including content that promotes, glorifies, incites, or supports acts of terrorism, violent radicalization, or extremist ideologies;
- Access accounts of Creators;
- Engage in fraudulent activity, impersonation, or platform manipulation;
- Circumvent or interfere with unlocky.io operations;
- Use Materials for training AI/LLM models;
- Reverse engineer, commercially exploit, or redistribute Materials.
3.2 Zero Tolerance Policy for NSFW and Sexual Exploitation
The solicitation, promotion, and facilitation of prostitution and sex trafficking are strictly prohibited. We also enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy for NSFW or adult sexual content. If such content is identified, we may immediately remove the content and suspend or terminate the responsible Creator account. We do not tolerate child sexual abuse material under any circumstances.
3.3 Zero Tolerance Policy for Violent Extremism
unlocky.io enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy for Violent Extremism content. This includes content that promotes, glorifies, or incites terrorism or violent acts motivated by political, religious, or ideological beliefs; content that recruits for or provides material support to designated terrorist organizations; propaganda or instructional materials intended to radicalize individuals or facilitate violence; content depicting or celebrating acts of mass violence or hate crimes; and the use of symbols, imagery, or language associated with recognized violent extremist movements. If such content is detected or reported, we will immediately remove it, terminate the responsible account, and report the activity to relevant law enforcement authorities where required by law.
4. Copyright and Licensing
Creators retain all ownership rights in their content. You may not copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Materials except as permitted by the applicable rights holder.
unlocky.io receives only a limited license from Creators to host, display, cache, deliver, and moderate content on the Platform. unlocky.io does not obtain ownership of Creator content through your use of the Platform.
5. Dispute Resolution
5.1 Governing Law
These User Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Wyoming. All disputes must be resolved in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
5.2 Waivers
You waive any right to class action or collective proceedings and any right to trial by jury.
6. Disclaimers
We provide unlocky.io “as is” and “with all faults.” We disclaim all warranties. unlocky.io contains material that may be considered offensive. Much of unlocky.io is populated with Materials uploaded by Creators; we do not endorse such Materials. Materials are subject to screening and moderation prior to publication.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from all claims, actions, losses, liabilities, expenses, and demands resulting from your actions or breach of these User Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these User Terms shall be limited to one hundred dollars ($100).
9. Intellectual Property
unlocky.io and the Platform Materials are protected by copyright law. Creators retain all rights in their Materials. The Materials may not be copied, distributed, or modified without consent. We comply with the DMCA. See our DMCA Policy.
10. General
These User Terms form the entire agreement between you and us. We may assign rights without notice. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force. We are not responsible for failures due to force majeure. These Terms are in English; only the English version is binding.
