Complaints & Content Removal Policies
unlocky.io LLC (“unlocky.io”, “Company”, “Platform”) operates a link-in-bio tool available at www.unlocky.io (the “Site”). The Site enables independent creators (“Creators”) to create a personal link-in-bio page that collects and displays links to their content and profiles, which users and visitors (“Users”) can browse. unlocky.io provides the page-hosting and link-sharing tools described in these terms.
BY USING OUR APP YOU AGREE TO THIS POLICY — PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY
1. Introduction
This Policy forms part of your agreement with us. We will handle complaints in keeping with this Policy. By making a complaint, you confirm that you believe the information you have provided is accurate and complete.
This Policy explains how we handle complaints about:
- How we enforce our Terms of Service;
- Content on unlocky.io that may be illegal or in breach of our Terms of Service;
- Compliance with applicable laws.
This Policy does not apply to complaints regarding copyright infringement. For copyright issues, please see our DMCA Policy.
2. How to make a complaint
You can make a complaint in any of the following ways:
- Using the "Report" function on the content page;
- Emailing [email protected];
- Writing to unlocky.io LLC, 30 N Gould Street, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801.
You must provide enough information so we can investigate your complaint (including any relevant URLs).
3. Complaints review process
Upon receiving a complaint we will review the relevant information and supporting documents; we may request additional information from you or third parties; we will review your complaint in good faith and within any legally applicable time limit. All reported complaints will be resolved within 5 business days.
4. Removal decisions
We reserve the right to suspend or remove Content that may breach our Terms of Service. If your complaint is regarding Content which appears on unlocky.io and we determine it constitutes a material violation, we will remove it and notify you. If we determine the Content complies with our Terms, you can appeal by contacting [email protected].
5. Zero-Tolerance NSFW Enforcement
unlocky.io enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy for NSFW or adult sexual content. If a complaint confirms such content, we will remove it immediately and suspend or terminate the responsible Creator account.
6. Abuse of complaints process
We do not tolerate complaints made in bad faith or that are abusive, harassing, or intended to harm. If you make an abusive or unfounded complaint, we may terminate your account.
7. EU/EEA Consumer Mediation
If you are in the European Economic Area, you may seek resolution through the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution (except in limited circumstances).
8. Regulatory complaints under the DSA
If you are in the EEA and encounter an infringement of the EU's Digital Services Act while using unlocky.io, you have the right to complain to the Digital Services Coordinator of the country where you are located.
