Law Enforcement Policy
unlocky.io LLC (“unlocky.io”, “Company”, “Platform”) operates a link-in-bio tool available at www.unlocky.io (the “Site”). The Site enables independent creators (“Creators”) to create a personal link-in-bio page that collects and displays links to their content and profiles, which users and visitors (“Users”) can browse. unlocky.io provides the page-hosting and link-sharing tools described in these terms.
unlocky.io LLC operates the Site as a link-in-bio tool. We maintain operational policies prohibiting the disclosure of user information without the user's express consent except as required to comply with a court order, search warrant, production order, summons, subpoena, or other valid legal process.
1. Law Enforcement Requests
We support law enforcement efforts to fulfill their duties. Pursuant to privacy laws, we are generally prohibited from providing user data without formal legal process and cannot typically disclose email contents without a court order or search warrant.
We endeavor to respond within fifteen (15) business days to valid law enforcement inquiries. For emergency requests, please describe the nature of the emergency.
We respond to requests to preserve user data pending receipt of legal process. Please provide as many account identifiers as possible (username, email, legal name, telephone number, billing address).
2. Non-Law Enforcement Inquiries
We typically require a subpoena or court order before providing user information to private parties. Some types of data will only be available in response to a court order with appropriate safeguards.

4. Retention of User Data
We do not guarantee the existence, accuracy, or regularity of our storage or backup services. All content is subject to deletion. Upon receipt of a legal preservation request, we will undertake best efforts to preserve identified data.
5. Notification to Users
We reserve the right to notify affected users prior to responding to civil subpoenas and to delay compliance for up to ten (10) calendar days, excepting emergencies or where prohibited by law. We do not typically notify users of criminal investigations.

7. Release of User Data in Other Circumstances
We reserve the right to disclose user information when we believe it is reasonable, including to satisfy legal obligations, investigate fraud, maintain system security, or protect ourselves, our users, and the general public.
